Malkia “Kiki” Rayner has served as the Director of Community Health and Nursing since September 2023. Prior to this position, Malkia served as the CD Nurse Program Manager with Durham County Department of Public Health in 2020. She has over 15 years of experience in Public Health, including Sexually Transmitted Infections, Communicable Disease, COVID-19, Tuberculosis, Immunization, Family Planning, Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program, Wise Women, Teen Wellness, Maternal Health, Pregnancy Test Counseling, School Health, and Diabetes Education. She is very passionate about public health and serving the community. Malkia holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.
