With over 30 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings, Josee Paul brings a wealth of expertise to her position as Allied Health Division Director. Josee has held positions as a chemistry specialist and laboratory automation specialist, in addition to working in laboratory management. Before joining Durham County, Josee successfully led previous hospital clinical labs through rigorous CAP and CLIA accreditation surveys and designed and established a hospital outreach clinical lab from scratch. Josee holds a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and ASCP certification, as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
