You have the freedom to choose between the two options of care that we provide.

1. Traditional

2. Centering

· One-on-one prenatal care

· Different providers

· 1-2 hour visits

· Small group setting with 10 - 12 women who are due in the same month

· Same mid-wife for each appointment

· No waiting in line or waiting room

· Knowledge of all appointments from initial visit to last visit

· Snacks at each session

Routine Prenatal Schedule:

You will be scheduled for regular prenatal visits, according to where you are in your pregnancy.

1 - 7 months ( 1- 28 weks)
A visit will be scheduled every 4 to 6 weeks.
7 - 9months (28 - 36 weeks)
A visit will be scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks
9 months ( 36 weeks) until delivery:
A visit will be scheduled weekly until delivery.

We encourage regular routine visits to help maintain a healthy pregnancy.
