- If you have received the J&J COVID-19 vaccine and develop severe headache, abdominal pain, leg pain, or shortness of breath within three weeks after vaccination, contact your healthcare provider, or seek medical care.

All people age 16+ are eligible to be vaccinated! Find answers to your questions about scheduling people under 18:
How can people under 18 schedule appointments?
If you are 16 or 17 years old, add your name to our scheduling list at tinyurl.com/DCoSchedulingList (tinyurl.com/DCoLista en español). We will call, text, and email you when we are ready to schedule your appointment! You can sign up for this list on your own, or you can have a parent or guardian add your name and information.
Does a parent or guardian need to come with teens to their appointment?
If you are under 18, it is not necessary to have a parent or guardian come to your appointment as long as they sign a consent form before you arrive. If they cannot sign this form before you arrive, they will need to come with you to your appointment. Our schedulers will provide you with more information about this when you schedule your appointment.
Can I choose which vaccine I will receive?
At this time, Pfizer is the only vaccine approved for people under 18. We will schedule all people under 18 for this vaccine.
